4,In 1994,the company was one of the first among foreign trade companies toexperience corporate structure reform.After installing the shareholding system,the company changed its name to Jiangsu Native Produce Import and ExportCo., Ltd.
5,On December 18, 1996, High Hope Int’l Group was established, Jiangsu Native Produce Import and Export (Group) Co., Ltd. joined High Hope Int’l Group.
6.In 2015, High Hope int’l group Jiangsu Native Produce imp & exp corp. ltd. welcomed a new round of mixed ownership reform for state-owned enterprises. With the capital injection of Jiangsu famous private enterprise Full share group, Full share Group became the controlling shareholder of High Hope int’l group Jiangsu Native Produce imp & exp corp.ltd. After the incremental reform, the registered capital of the company reached RMB 550 million.
7.In 2016,Fullshare Group transferred its shares to Jiangsu Huijin Group, and Huijin Group became High Hope int’l group Jiangsu Native Produce imp & exp corp.litd ’s majority shareholder.

10,In September 1, 2020 Jiangsu Tianke Aroma Co., Ltd.was established, and gradually decoupled from the parent company High Hope int’l group Jiangsu Native Produce imp & exp corp. ltd., then become a separate entity.All aroma chemical business transferred from parent company to Jiangsu Tianke Aroma Co., Ltd.
