Usage:

Mainly used to prepare flavors such as oranges, lemons, coconuts and assorted fruits.

It is used in a small amount in the flavor formulations of acacia, osmanthus, violet, red rose, orange blossom, yellow daffodil, iris, lilac, jasmine and sweet orange blossom. It can be used as a blending agent or modifier of linalool in low-end floral formulas.

In food flavors, it can also be used in a small amount in cream, sweet orange, coconut, lemon and various fruit flavors.

It is used to formulate fragrance soaps and daily cosmetics. 

It occupies a very important position in C8-C18 alcohols and is used in rose fragrances. 

As a citrus fruit flavor, it is used in beverages, candy, etc.

Decyl Alcohol can be used for any number of functions, including as an emollient, a foam-booster, a surfactant and a viscosity controller, as well to mask odor and as a fixative in perfumes.

It is a raw material for the manufacture of surfactants, plasticizers, synthetic fibers, defoamers, herbicides, lubricant additives, fragrances, etc. It is also used as a solvent for inks, etc.

In agriculture, it can be used as a solvent and stabilizer for herbicides, pesticides and synthetic raw materials. It can be used as a ripening agent for green fruits, and it can also be used to control the germination of ornamental plants and tobacco seeds. It can also be used in oil drilling and secondary oil recovery.

It is also a raw material for PVC wire coating materials and plasticizers (DIDP, DIDA) for high-grade artificial leather.

It is raw materials for uranium refining, defoamers, surfactants, and solvents.
